Carlos Kazeem

He has over 15 years of investment banking experience in Credit Analysis, Business Development, Relationship Management, Corporate and Investment Banking, Remedial and Risk Management, Turnaround Manager and Capital Market expert.

He was at one point a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange overseeing Platinum Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Bank PHB Plc now Keystone Bank Limited, as the CEO.

As the CEO of a stock broking firm, Mr. Kazeem has delivered annual growth on assets of at least N2 billion for personally managed client portfolios during the past 4 years; grew customer base year on year, adding approximately 100 new clients for every firm worked for and successfully executed block trades of over 2 billion shares in the Capital Market.  At one time, he was seconded to the Investment Banking unit of the Bank (Bank PHB Plc now Keystone Bank Limited) to assist in Financial Advisory services.

He holds an HND (1991) in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State and an MBA in Finance (2001) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso. He has attended many courses relating to Investment Banking and Securities Dealing both locally and abroad and is an Associate Member Chartered Institute of Capital Market Registrars.  He is also an Associate, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACIS); and an Associate Member, the Nigeria Institute of Management.   He is married with children.
