Benjamin Nwokoji

He has varied experience spanning over 13 years in Investment Banking with a strong bias for Corporate Finance and Financial Advisory Services. He started his Investment banking career with FBN Merchant Bankers (Now FBN Capital Ltd) in 1999 and left in June 2005 as Executive Assistant. He joined Oceanic Bank International PLC as an Officer in 2005 and left in 2007 as the Head of Capital Market Unit of the Bank. He joined Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank) in 2007 as an Assistant Manager.

He was head hunted in 2010 to Treasure Capital & Trusts Limited as Manager and was instrumental in securing the operating License of Treasure Capital & Trusts Limited, as an Investment Banking firm and left to join Cowry Asset Management Ltd as Head of Corporate Finance in 2011. He has handled many offers in the Primary Capital markets for different corporate bodies and multinationals and participated in successfully raising long term funds in excess of N250 billion (USD1.56 billion) in the Nigerian Capital Markets.

He has also been involved in Fund Administration activities as he played key roles in the setting up of the Oceanic Vintage Fund. He has attended several courses/seminars on credit and investment banking. Mr. Nwokoji is married with children.
